      Healthy work-life balance Humane conditions (very rare for IT folks who are sometimes are mistaken for machines) VERY GOOD IN-HOUSE TRAINING generous tuition benefits

      Cons

      Salary not competitive at all. That's the only bad thing I have to say about this company. everything else is great!
