Being a black leader that worked in HR I will point out the HR leadership team- TA, DE&I, Operations, Compensation, & Delivery. The organization offers great opportunities for collaboration and as many know, they have been able to drive significant change in a short period of time during one of, if not the most challenging time in healthcare history. There are also some great executive leaders in operations & leading nursing.
