Great place to work if you are not looking to grow your career - Anonymous employee BJC HealthCare Employee Review

No employee development program. Despite several very positive employee reviews, receiving an advanced degree through a BJC program, and reaching out to people to try to recieve assistance with growing my career, I was not able to find a new role within the organization when the time came. I ended up having to look outside of the company (and eventually ended up at another healthcare company in StL), which was very dissappointing to me. I wish I would have been able to grow my career with BJC.
