Pros
Excellent health insurance. Directors that are in position are good and knowledgable at what they do, especially on the non-patient care side (finance, revenue cycle management)
Cons
There are some managers and supervisors in place that continuously bring the company down whether it be through bad hiring decisions, gossiping about their employees to other employees, or not understanding how their employees do their day to day to functions which would seem pretty important since it's their job to manage and lead them through it. I don't think I've ever worked for a group of people as unprofessional as I do right now.
