Pros
For an out of college undergrad in a social science, it offers a lot of experience with mental illness. Work flexibility is nice. Generally people you work with are friendly.
Cons
Pay is pitiful. They start you around 25k on salary. Leadership remains in place despite extraordinarily high turnover, negative revenue every year , and horrific morale. Zero chance for advancement no matter what. The clinicians and most supervisors try hard but are asked to do entirely too much for entirely too little reward.
