      Pros

      Pay is comparable to other healthcare systems in the area. Good benefits and flexibility. BJC communicates well. Good tuition reimbursement and they have a yearly CME allowance.

      Cons

      No significant cons to mention. Overall was a great place to work.

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
