Ok place to work but still unsure about it - Senior Business Analyst BJC HealthCare Employee Review

Where to even start -- everything moves at a glacial pace. We are so behind technology-wise that it's actually scary. Leadership (at least the ones I've dealt with) are rude, hostile, and want things done their way....even when it's HIGHLY inefficient. A large portion of leadership needs to retire before BJC can actually step into the 21st century. I've gone above and beyond my job responsibilities and still received the same raise as everyone else. And it's a fight to ever get promoted. They only promote people who have been with the company for years and years instead of the ones who kill themselves trying to do all the work.
