      you will seldom if ever be bored with your job. there are multiple opportunities to advance in your job.

      some times those 12 hour shifts were awfully long!!

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
