work you like a dog. make false promises. have a system called potluck. should be called bad luck. they keep you til add on surgeries are done. some people are lucky to get 50 cents in five years total for raise. when it is raise time majority get a write up for anything. write up = no raise that year but the big dogs get bonus and brownie points for saving money
