Micromanagement to the extremes. The housekeeping department was restricted from the same simple "luxuries" the rest of the hospital's staff were allowed. Overflowing amount of work. No recognition for hard work. Extremely high turn around because they aren't honest about workplace culture in the interviews. They refuse to work with you REGARDLESS of the circumstances in your life and how those circumstances affect your work-life balance. You're only trained to do the job quickly because they give you 2 days at most to learn, then throw you to the wolves.
