Pros

Great company, but not understanding nor accepting that their employees are human beings that have a life outside of work.

Cons

Let go during the 90 period. You can only miss 3 days during the first 90 days. I caught COVID through work and HR is mandatory about being off 5 days with proven COVID test. I missed 2 days from having COVID and the I had requested time off for a Doctors appointment which I had notified them when I was hired. When I came in the next day they had me work the whole day and when I clocked out they fired me. I also was never paid for that day.

Pros

Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

Cons

Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
