      I’ve been called every transphobic slur in the book by a colleague and I was openly deadnamed in a public document during my first week on the job. I have never been treated like this at a job before or since.

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
