Pros
A Team of dedicated PROFESSIONALS. Loyal to each other and especially loyal to their clients. More intelligence in that office than anyone gives them credit for. Ideas are endless but there seems to be a lack of execution. Expect that to change in the near future!
Cons
Processes could use some refinement. There is no specific blueprint as to how goals are achieved and that can lead to some missed opportunities. That being said management is cognizant of changing business practices and will eventually adapt to those changes.
