Pros

Good variety of customers portfolio. They are growing in the region.

Cons

They don't pay for the benefits (vacation time) you don't use. You will lose your money. They don't care about how are you feeling in the customer project, you are only money for them.

Group of people that truly care about the people in the organization and the candidates they place. Passionate about their work and achieving success.

Still fairly new with the group so no cons. Enjoy working with them.

Pros

Commissions based salary, base salary not the best but decent

Cons

Worst management ever, starting from a screaming CEO all the way down the chain. Leadership is awful, team leads only look after themselves $ wise, not receptacle to feedback, untrustworthy, they literally lie to save themselves. System manipulation for one persons benefit.
