Pros

I have been working at BMA Group Global for 8 months and I have had an incredible onboarding experience. I have been encouraged like never before and am now doing international work or the company. If you want to grow professionally, this is the place to do it!

Cons

It is a very fast-paced work environment. I personally love this, but it can be intimidating for others.

Pros

Commissions based salary, base salary not the best but decent

Cons

Worst management ever, starting from a screaming CEO all the way down the chain. Leadership is awful, team leads only look after themselves $ wise, not receptacle to feedback, untrustworthy, they literally lie to save themselves. System manipulation for one persons benefit.
