Pros

The inmense pressure and toxic environment will be a excellent teacher for future jobs. What's a few mental breakdowns, some anxiety and crippling depression in comparison to recognized job experience and knwoledge in working and Puerto Rico's tax laws?

Cons

Besides the toxic environment, constant anxiety attacks, the mental breakdowns and crippling depression... they manipulate job boards ratings by making their employees give great ratings to the company. Besides that management make really cheap pizza parties.

Commissions based salary, base salary not the best but decent

Cons

Worst management ever, starting from a screaming CEO all the way down the chain. Leadership is awful, team leads only look after themselves $ wise, not receptacle to feedback, untrustworthy, they literally lie to save themselves. System manipulation for one persons benefit.
