Pros

Broadened my professional horizon; I gained experience as an Accountant. Enjoyed working with a combined team, that is, persons working in varying time zones, speaking different languages.

Cons

Contract work renewals during the 2 years. No programs to shorten the learning curve of learning Spanish to overcome Spanish/English language barrier.

Pros

Commissions based salary, base salary not the best but decent

Cons

Worst management ever, starting from a screaming CEO all the way down the chain. Leadership is awful, team leads only look after themselves $ wise, not receptacle to feedback, untrustworthy, they literally lie to save themselves. System manipulation for one persons benefit.
