No dental//health care, no retirement plan, no flexible schedules, no profesional development, food on site without discount, no metal health. Every single perk that you can imagine is not present.

Pros

Commissions based salary, base salary not the best but decent

Cons

Worst management ever, starting from a screaming CEO all the way down the chain. Leadership is awful, team leads only look after themselves $ wise, not receptacle to feedback, untrustworthy, they literally lie to save themselves. System manipulation for one persons benefit.
