BMC staff is great. Great Pay. Work/Life balance is good.

No communication between management and staff (OZARK) Batch operator has a bad attitude and treats staff as are if they beneath him. Misconstruing the UNION contract, between staff and management. Failing to maintain equipment to FMCSA standards. Failing to maintain the plant. More empty suits in management, than REAL WORLD people (drones)
