Pros
One can maintain work and personal life balance due to work from home facility. BMC facilities like food, premises, overall BMC culture, activities are very good. The most important is it is at heart of city , very good for married women employees
Cons
If you are part of QA organization you are unlucky, there will be no hikes fro many years, or whenever are done it will be given to only few of the team. No discussions before appraisals and performance bonus pay. Few years back there were facilities like vehicle loan, housing loan repay, Wealth creation, company used to pay some part of amount on yearly basis, they are not there
