Pros
The interview process was tough, but this is to be expected as the job is well compensated and there is a rigorous training programme once you get started. There are lots of opportunities for growth and bonuses for exceeding targets. The office is lovely, and the people are nice as well.
Cons
Nothing at the moment. I would have thought there would be more people in the office, but maybe this is not realistic in the age of working from home.
