      - Good Salary compared to IBM - Work load in IZOT Db2 area was balanced

      Cons

      - They fired me in a 15 min call without any prior notification - They blocked my EAP (Education Assistance Program) payment despite repeated emails that certificate will be available only upon course completion not before Jul - Aug timeframe. - Shared manager approval with HR still EAP amount not paid

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.
