      Opportunity to learn and take responsibility specially juniors

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance in some teams. Excessive expectations despite low salaries. Unnecessary urgency is created around every release. Unrealistic expectations regarding AI and agentic AI. Salaries are not on par with product company standards.
