      Good work life balance, not stressful.

      Cons

      Old technology, can feel like being left behind. Some managers are toxic. Low salaries, no recognition of hard work until you quit.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
