Pros
Management is top notch, product investment is very noticeable and innovation can be felt all around. Nothing beats working for a great boss and I've lucked out I suppose but I notice good mid level management all around. I have reason to believe the negative reviews are either from disgruntled former employees or people who just don't fit in tech.
Cons
Large company acting like a startup can make things seem disjointed at times but that's what makes it a great company as well. Still feeling the effects of the challenging years before Bain acquisition. Several customers and prospects were not given the right attention due to sales people leaving and now trying to fill the gap for lost time. Marketing does not seem to be as good as the marketing teams at our top competitors.
