Smart, creative people who support each other and genuinely care about what they do. Decent work/life balance, depending on your group and your deadlines.
Cons
Toxic, manipulative, entrenched managers in some key areas have created a culture of fear. Directive to move intellectual property development offshore for the sole reason of saving money. Very open concept offices in most locations stifle creativity.
