      Pros

      Technology is interesting and challenging to learn. The benefits and salary are above average.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is ridiculously political and filled with pompous primadonnas. Most of the employees take themselves much too seriously and management is frightenly cut throat! Many in management who have no concept of the "real" world as they've spent their entire lives working for BMC.

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs for the past 3 years, and letting key talents go.
