Pros
Ranked 31st best place to work by Great Place to Work Inst in 2018, but I truly feel that this is THE best place to be! The facilities are world class, the technology that I get exposed to is cutting edge. Opportunities to build and advance my career is phenomenal... so may learning opportunities both formally and informally that its totally upto me as to what I can become. People are warm and helpful and take great pride in what they do. People polices are great and progressive.. I can play pool or do Zumba /yoga at work
Cons
I am sure there are some things that could get better but if I were to balance it out with what we have here at BMC, all my past experiences of employment & those of my friends pale out in comparison.
