      Good compensation and good benefits Good work environment Friendly staff Competent middle management, especially in the R & D divisions

      Cons

      Relatively incompentent senior management, without a clear vision for the future or a non-mainframe world. Still living off of 20 year old products

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.

      Constant layoffs for the past 3 years, and letting key talents go.
