      good products - good product strategy

      Cons

      Terrible Sales Management - Sales People go to BMC to die - It is a place for order takers not sales people. Bladelogic management is not customer focused - it is only about making a sale. Poor compensation. Not real smart people especially in sales management. If you want to be No. 1 in your lower division math class - this is the place for you !

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs for the past 3 years, and letting key talents go.
