Pros

Training and onboarding process is the best I’ve ever had, sales methodology is second to none and the opportunity to develop and earn great money from the get go is absolutely possible. It’s rare to find a sales machine that puts as as much emphasis on driving revenue as it does in on customer experience and retention, leading to a positive environment for all. Most importantly, the technology is hugely relevant in today’s world and market-leading which when coupled with a world class engagement methodology opens up great opportunities to be successful.

Cons

Steep learning curve and hard work but for those willing to push themselves the reward more than pays off.

They hardly ever fire anyone.

Cons

They hardly ever fire anyone. Comp plan is terrible. You get paid on Opportunities sources but there isn't any criteria written down on what makes a discovery call turn into an opportunity. Leading them to cherry-pick deals and choose if you get paid or not. They don't have product market fit. The entire new logo space didn't close anything last year. Getting placed in a good, high paying seat is all dependent upon nepotism. No clear path for growth. Constantly moving the goal post and changing promotion criteria. The promotion path leads you to a role that has historically not closed a deal and the role is a huge pay cut for some BDR's leading to high churn or career BDR's.
