Pros
No, idea. Bonuese were barely paid out and raises were frozen. However, the leadershipt still gave themselves outstanding raises and non-comp options.
Cons
Raises are almost always frozen and when you finally get promoted the raise is almost unoticeable! Work flows down and profits/benefits stay at the top.
