Pros

no work they will master you in usuless skillset like cleaning someone's PPT (power point presentation) , Excel reporting , copy-paste and iLearn admin task (that is an LMS tool)

Cons

they will make your Instructional Desginer experience useless, after few months you will not even remember anything. Manager is so pathetic , make racist comments all the time "i am brahmin, are you brahmin" "i don't like lower caste people " manager can come into office at 12:30Pm and leave every day at 05:30PM even at 3:00PM manager can do work from home (WFH) for weeks without informing Team. manager will send you any task e-mail in BCC so you will never have any idea from whom that e-mail came from and then manager will send as she did that work. no appreciation so no rewards , most of people already left , rest of searching. before joining BMC, please contact someone in BMC through linkedin or facebook and find out about Enablement team also you can inquire from someone else. no career growth....actually when there is no work how your career will grow. if you are so frustated to join BMC then you will become more frustated to get out of here in few months. they have fancy titles like Sr Program Enablement Specialst or Lead Enablement Manager or Enablement Specilaist

Pros

They hardly ever fire anyone.

Cons

They hardly ever fire anyone. Comp plan is terrible. You get paid on Opportunities sources but there isn't any criteria written down on what makes a discovery call turn into an opportunity. Leading them to cherry-pick deals and choose if you get paid or not. They don't have product market fit. The entire new logo space didn't close anything last year. Getting placed in a good, high paying seat is all dependent upon nepotism. No clear path for growth. Constantly moving the goal post and changing promotion criteria. The promotion path leads you to a role that has historically not closed a deal and the role is a huge pay cut for some BDR's leading to high churn or career BDR's.
