Pros
The company offers good benefits and work schedules are flexible (see cons). The yearly layoffs have not stopped since going private. Many staff in the U.S. have taken a step-down in their position to retain employment with the company. Jobs continue to be offshored,
Cons
This is a globally staffed company with project teams scattered among multiple countries. Staff in key locations work very early or late to accomodate the varying time zones. This might benefit your personal schedule or be difficult to manage if you are not an early morning or late-night person.
