Pros
- Compensation plan largely good - They still offer good benefits - if you don't like current management, wait and they'll be replaced
Cons
- the only unit where they're competent managers is mainframe/Control-M; the other units are whip-sawed by yearly management changes that have led to vicious (and probably fatal) exodus of talented staff. - sales-obsessed culture run by mediocre sales people -- the departure floodgates are so severe, they are actually offering "retention bonuses" to sales people, thus incentivizing exactly the wrong talent to stay - very much a "work harder" (not work smarter) culture - Agile response here means in about 2 years.
