Pros
BMC has a long and diverse history, but since they went from public to private a lot of good things have been happening. The company is laser focused on improving existing products to meet the increasingly evolving needs of its customers and to branch out into new territory as well. Great people - highly motivated and highly skilled people. Awesome management - very trusting and hands off
Cons
We have so many thing we need to do that we can't always get the funding to make them happen. A sort of good problem to have sometimes.
