      Great teamwork in many areas - Mainframe Business Unit is exceptional, other areas not so much Representing industry leading solutions Good benefits - mid-market pay (pro and con...)

      Work/life balance is sketchy Many managers were promoted because of tenure, not skills Communication isn't as forthcoming or transparent as it needs to be
