good benefits and great colleagues, big on DEI
Cons
lack of support from upper management, big focus on product pushing, and high turnover rate. BMO used to be a good company until they acquired BOTW. Big culture shift since then, technology is so bad that it makes it difficult for both the employees and the customers. Sales heavy especially on home equities and Bank at Work, where Bank at Work managers don't do anything and expect all employees to do the dirty work for them
