Great success leads to good compensation, new planners often provided with a book to start with, sometimes you may come across nice leaders though they aren't the ones that make decisions with policies
Cons
management unclear with what they want, keep making back & forth with unreasonable changes, short notice, unclear guidelines, requirements for decoding, threshold, limited flexibility, required to be at branch full time even there is no business for the entire week, poor technology, matrix hard to track, unclear with top ups, scorecard & compass hard to track, branch has almost 0 incentive to refer, uncompetitive cash bonus for mutual funds
