      Pros

      100% remote. I don't have to worry about ever having to go in office. My manager is really nice and supportive.

      Cons

      The pay. I took a pay cut when I accepted the job but was kind of desperate. The "raise" I receive though... I wouldn't even call it that. 1.5% does not even match inflation. Honestly they could have just kept that. The healthcare benefits are expensive. I've actually decided NOT to get healthcare this upcoming year because of the cost.
