      Will promote people with absolute no skills as long as you play your cards right , make your boss look good, take other people’s credit , be outspoken at meetings

      Do all the work but receive little to no credit depending how generous your manager is.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
