      salary bumps are minimal targets are ridiculously high and unattainable given current economic downturns expected to show up at corporate events on your own time after hours

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
