Pros

Great environment to develop client-facing and sales skills. Targets were not crazy. Good exposure to a variety of banking transactions and products. Strong compliance culture that prepares you well for the banking industry. Senior leaders were accessible and gave great Pep talk.

Cons

Team dynamics was okayish and biggest factor for me to leave. I had 7 yrs of experience from banking sector from different country but still was very underpaid. Felt the quality & quantity of work I was doing with dedication did not justify the pay, and growth opportunities are generally given after at least 1 year.
