Great WLB, exposure to markets, autonomy and ability to participate in all aspects of investment decision making. Great culture and great leadership of the team.
Cons
None really, but if I had to choose one, then maybe the fact there is lots of names under coverage universe given lean team (also a positive though as you develop a view on multiple industries, business models, and capital structures).
