Not a great place to work - Program Manager - Technology BMO Financial Group Employee Review

Lack of culture, immature organization - using technologies that haven't been upgraded in 10+ years, lack of communication. Been with the company 2+years and I cannot name the executive team - lack of visible leadership. Branch employees seem to have a better experience.
