      Laid back environment. No micro management and pretty much good company

      Cons

      Everything is based in projects for IT. No R&D and even if you need anything to be done it has to go through project. There is no new knowledge and technology is being used is pretty old. Everything is done via consultants and there is no cross integration between teams. There is no Full time concept and management has to secure funds for next year
