      Pros

      Great opportunity for entry level candidates to get their foot in the door. Friendly environment within the branch. Managers are not too overbearing (more laid back and easily relatable). Great customer base.

      Cons

      This is only from personal experience and I am not speaking on behalf of other employees at BMO. Hard to move to a higher position within the branch. Managers sometimes will turn a blind eye when you have questions and concerns. Little attention paid towards employee mentor-ship.

      In order to be a top performer, you have to be willing to break the law and accept that the company wants you to violate BSA regulations related to KYC, CDD, and EDD.
