No raises or room for growth. Management is absolutely horrible and out of touch w team. Too much work for pay. Over worked and over used employees managing themselves. Blind leading the blind at this unprofessional bank. No work life balance Do invest in technology No room for growth Underpaid Reprimanded and guilted for taking vacation
