Company doesn't care about morale, very metrics based, mandatory overtime, you do not get breaks (except for half hour lunches), and you are required to work weekends no exceptions. Very conservative environment, do not care about providing you with an inspiring workplace. They feed you lunch on their busiest days because they don't want you to leave your desk, and they wheel a cart around to give you fatty snacks instead of encouraging a chance to re-energize and take a walk to get some fresh air.
