Pros
- my colleagues were, for the most part, hardworking and helpful people
Cons
- management was openly clique-y; felt like we were managed by mean high-schoolers - pay was a pittance, raises were pathetic, bonuses out of the question - micromanaged in everything we did - inflexible when you needed time off for appointments or accommodations for disability, but berated you if you left before 6:30 despite shift being 9-6 - management did not encourage employee development, stating "it's not our job" - no opportunity for growth unless you wanted to move to central office over an hour away - everyone's daily/weekly productivity/error rate was literally written on the wall for all to see, and if you missed the wall a detailed daily email was sent out as well
